Brain Signals — Series A

Contains all episodes of the Alzheimer’s & Brain Health track.

Why do I keep mentioning the window between seventy and eighty-three?
Because that’s often when we see divergence.
It’s the decade where “coasting” becomes risky.
If we delay care until after the big decline shows itself, we lose valuable time.
The cost of waiting is that the brain becomes harder to rescue.
But the good news is:
At seventy, seventy-five, even eighty, the brain is still plastic.
It can still respond to better sleep, better metabolic control, physical activity, social engagement, and cognitive challenge.
You are not too old to change your trajectory.
WHAT THIS SERIES WILL DO
In the episodes that follow, we’ll take each of these major forces and unpack them:
We’ll talk about inflammation — the hidden spark at the center of most chronic disease.
We’ll talk about dopamine — the chemical that links movement, motivation, and mood, and how its loss contributes to Parkinson’s and other conditions.
We’ll talk about sleep — not as a luxury, but as brain maintenance and repair.
And finally, we’ll spend time on what we can still control — even after age seventy — to protect function, independence, and dignity.

If you are between 70 and 83 — or you love someone who is — this series is for you.
